Prices and Payment
All prices are in Euros at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. By having confirmed your command, we normally demand an advanced payment of the total amount of the command. You send us via e-mail the remittance copy confirmed by your bank, so delivery time is starting up.

Delivery
We deliver worldwide normally by DHL. We cannot guarantee delivery times in general but with every command confirmed we indicate you the delivery time. All items offered on our Web Side are normally subject to availability. Some items are very special, so we produce them only by command. Normally the goods are sent insured by DHL. When products leaving Rwanda by a delivery service, responsibility for the goods will pass into the responsibility of the buyer.

Purchasing
To purchase any of the items on our Web Side, click the “Add to basket” button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button “ order now” , we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we have accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be field.

For safety reasons your order`s data are not accessible via internet and we keep them in confidence.

Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery ( starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund reduced of 20% of the total amount for administration costs.. Should you cancel the contract before delivering, we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods with a diminution of 10% of the total amount of the order. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by e-mail. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. After having received the goods we refund you.

Please notice : Products fabricated by special command are out of cancellation !

Guarantee
All our products are hand crafted. There may be some slight variations in each item from the ones pictured on our Web Side due to each item individually handmade.
